The groggy sports fans of the Sports Radio network that really almost tries are waking up to yet another new morning show. Zakk and Jack took over from Stephen A Smith a year ago (with a brief overlap to see if anyone cried racism!)…
So now the new Fox Sports Morning show is the recently released Andy Furhman from Cincinnati, and Artrell Hawkins.
Fox Sports was orignally mostly there for Clear Channel stations, and suddenly had its plug pulled, and was mostly an attempt to take KLAC-FM in Los Angeles and make it sound like the boys from California can talk about sports nationally without being Southern California “homers”. They can’t. In addition, the 3 hour time zone difference makes it hard to make the West Coast the flagship for any nationwide syndication.
