Reason Foundation was fairly prominent in the process of getting Atlas Shrugged made into a movie. It’s a Libertarian minded group, but since 501(c) non-profit entities can’t be involved in politics, they are not affiliated with the Libertarian Party.
Drew Carey and Walter E. Willams are the names associated with the group that you may have heard of – along with David Koch of the “Evil” Koch Brothers that own Koch Industries. (the Koch brothers own Georgia Pacific, and some oil and propane pipelines)

President Obama is now going to the UN to ask for sanctions against Syria based on the precedent of Libya. I guarantee Russia uses its veto and will cite how NATO didn’t follow the rules for Libya.
