NATO’s mandate is to protect the lives of civilians in danger from Libya. Apparently, Italy doesn’t think that duty applies to black Africans fleeing by boat. What happened to “duty to protect”?
I think it is time for the Internional Criminal Court to issue an arrest warrant for the Prime Minister for his obvious attempt to commit genocide against black people.
“…Large numbers have died en route; last month more than 800 migrants of different nationalities who left on boats from Libya never made it to European shores and are presumed dead.”
It will be interesting to see how this is spun to make it GW Bush’s fault. 🙂
