“To that end, Jibril urged the unfreezing of Moammar Gadhafi’s financial assets. Senator Kerry said he is drafting legislation to authorize the transfer of those assets…”

WOW, right out of Atlas Shrugged; ‘defreezing’ assets for redistribution.

I fully expect the first in line to be NATO to demand reimbursement for all those sorties they flew in order to destroy the country.

Next in line will be Sikorsky, United Technolgoies, Boeing, etc… selling the New Libya lots of planes, tanks and helicopters.

Today’s news suggests a new character to what is going on – NATO is now directly running the “Rebel” effort – “coordinating” the air strikes with “rebels on the ground” against the military forces of the government of Libya.

The objective in Misrata is (and may have been achieved) of reopening the airport in Misrata for use by UN “Humanitarian” aid, like bringing in antitank missiles, Armored personnel vehicles, and fuel supplies…. all billed on the Libya credit card, of course.
