Ironic that the 18 year olds we trust with a tank or a predator drone can’t be trusted with a can of beer, a cigarette or a buy a hunting rifle without their parent’s permission

Not to mention the bizarre rules we have about medication. For example a 15 year old can buy a ‘day after’ abortion pill over the counter with no questions asked, but I know 19-23 olds that work at summer camps that are not allowed to have access to any medicine (all meds– even tylenol and asthma treatments — have to be turned in to the staff nurse, who alone can adminster them to the “kids”).

Wouldn’t any 15 year old (unless she was raped) be in violation of the age of consent laws if she needed an abortion pill?
Is there an ‘age of consent’ for tylenol?

There are all kinds of inconsistencies. To have a baby or abort is entirely a woman’s decision. The biological father has to pay child support but has no say so. Courts have ruled that he has to pay even if he was just a sperm doner intending to help out an infertile couple.

War with whom? Why does it say “JUNTOS” on the top?
