Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow

The FBI has admitted that their microscopic hair analysis lab was just making things up.

About 2000 convictions will have to be reviewed now – the FBI is offering to do DNA testing to verify the accuracy of the original testing. Maybe they can outsource the testing to the Massachusetts Crime Lab – I hear they have fast turnaround on their work.

“white courtesy phone” <— freakin' racism everywhere if you just have your eyes open to see it

Nothing to worry our pretty little heads over about a few ‘possible’ exaggerations by the experts. In case you did not read this, here it is again, “FBI Special Agent Ann Todd says “there is no reason to believe the FBI Laboratory employed ‘flawed’ forensic techniques,” adding that microscopic hair analysis is “a valid forensic technique and one that is still conducted at the lab” alongside DNA testing.”

For Goodness’ Sake people, if we can not trust the FBI to get things right then who, or what, can we trust?
