Two tankers of gasoline are on their way to Tripoli, and an empty tanker is on the way to pick up crude. Turkey is directly confronting NATO to stretch the UN sanctions to cover supplies of gasoline that could be used by the military. The first tanker was detained off Malta, but is now anchored off Tripoli awaiting instructions.
