“Some of the rebels entered a home near the checkpoint at the picturesque mountain village of Maaloula belonging to Yousef Haddad, a Christian. They tried to force him to convert to Islam.”

Hmmmmmm….maybe there is something to the notion the Obama really is not of the Christian faith and his true purpose in bombing Assad is to help his fellow terrorists. He did get his political start by way of Bill Ayers, who is a self admitted American terrorist.

Another quote from the link above, “Christians, who make up approximately 10 per cent of Syria’s population, have increasingly become targets in the conflict as sectarian-minded foreign jihadists gain influence in the opposition ranks. Almost a third of the Syriac Christian population has fled the rebel-held northern town of Hassakeh after Christians became targets for kidnappings and assassinations.”

Hmmmmmmm….here is the link to an interesting article, with 1st paragraph below:
    http://www.worldpoliticsreview.com/articles/13146/strategic-horizons-sinai-is-the-next-big-jihadist-battle

“Since the birth of the transnational Salafi jihadist movement in Afghanistan during the 1980s, its leaders have refined a strategy based on “swarming.” Jihadists tied to or inspired by al-Qaida look for a conflict where locals are fighting a repressive or ineffective regime, preferably one seen as an outside, impious force. Jihadists then flock to the conflict and join local fighters, cast the clash in religious terms, push the locals toward the Salafist position associated with al-Qaida and, if possible, take over the resistance. Their goal is creation of an independent “emirate” to inspire other jihadists and, eventually, re-create the great Islamic empire of the past.”

I wonder if Barrack Hussein al-Obama (Clown in Chief of the rogue regime in Washington) made a deal with AQ to help it fulfill the ultimate dream of the Muslim Brotherhood, which is their burning desire to bring to life their goal to revive the Islamic Caliphate?

For that goal to be successful it would imply al-Obama’s rogue regime would want to successively take out other secular leaders in ME countries and help AQ type regimes rise to power. Where is the evidence for that idea?

Shadi Hamid @shadihamid tweeted the following:
If you missed it, “liberal” Egyptian newspaper has front page headline claiming Obama as full-on member of Muslim Brotherhood international.

Hmmmmmmmmmm……if the newspaper, Al-Wafd specifically identifies al-Obama of being a member of the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood how is that going to help his standing with the military in Egypt?

  5. Nidster says:

While it is obvious that many people have lost any interest in Christianity there is plenty of evidence of attacks on Coptic Christians and their churches in Egypt. Syrian Christians have been under attack. So, is there any real, palpable process going on in order to destroy historical areas related to the birth of Christianity and Christians in the ME? If there is a plan, then the chief perpetrator carrying it out is al-Obama.
