Mitt Romney didn’t want to be President

I’m shocked, I tell you.

“He [Mitt Romney] wanted to be president less than anyone I’ve met in my life. He had no desire to . . . run,” said Tagg [Romney]

Take it with a grain of salt given the source, but it sure sounds right to me.

I vaguely remember Michael Savage making the same point before the election, going so far as to say Romney’s purpose in becoming the Republican candidate was in order to lose and ensure the globalists didn’t lose control of their White House.

Heaven protect us from those who really want to hold elective office.

  2. I love the tradition in the Canadian House of Commons where the newly elected speaker is ‘dragged’ to the podium by colleagues on either side, grasping his or her arms as the new speaker ‘struggles’ to avoid the hot seat.

Just as Juan Macain was in 2008… the designated loser.

I would prefer a guy who really doesn’t want the job (BTW-his son has always had a big mouth)
I get concerned when a guy making 200k/year leave office with 7 figure bank accounts
Mitt was too rich and decent to be bought, at least. Obama is not.
