Police execute Iraqi war vet

Jose Guerena was in his own home, asleep – along with his wife and two children.    The Pima County Sheriff’s Department SWAT team stormed his house.    Jose had a gun, but never released the safety on his gun.   The Pima County Sheriff’s department shot him 60 times.    The audio is chilling.  This was an execution – there is no other way to interpret the firing.

The supposed purpose of the raid was drug related.   No drugs were found in the house.   Combine this with the Indiana ruling that police can demand entry to your house with no warrant and no probable cause, and you may not resist – America as we knew it no longer exists.

This SWAT team is operating under sherrif Dupnik, who turned the shooting of Rep. Giffords into his own PR circus and started blaming every conservative radio host in America for the actions of a liberal loon before he even knew the facts of the incident.

Worse, they would not allow paramedics into the house for almost an hour while they were ‘making sure the area was secure’. No mention of the ethnicity of the barrio…

“Thanks for your service to our police-state nation and our trigger-happy goons.”

Why this SWAT team couldn’t secure an area within 5 minutes after they had ‘quarantined’ half the neighborhood and raided the house is a real riddle.

The Washington Times has an editorial about this: “Murder with a Badge”

The final count of bullets was 73… some of which entered other nearby buildings…
