    Any port in a storm. He was doing well until he tipped it over. Next time, he had better master some tractor skills.

      I bet he is a juggalo

      His family seems to be from Minnesota. I suspect he is an undocumented American in Canada who overstayed his visitor visa. Canada should build a wall to keep him out.
