    Okay… let’s do it.

    I have several domains and websites which might be useful for Atlantis.

    Unfortunately, I’m busy rescuing a few domains from the useless ICANN bureaucracy.

      and the blog’s “time” is Eastern Daylight Time, so that’s correct. One quirk of WordPress is it doesn’t automatically change the time for Daylight Saving Time – that has to be done by hand….. so around October, I’ll have to remember to do it again.

    today may be the day some ungrateful people find out what they lost from you Fred…it may be a rude awakening for them….with perhaps some corresponding rude responses on the old blog…..you gave fair warning…..

      First hangup phone call on my land line that I NEVER use for anything and only rings at 6 PM when those fake police charities try to scam people for money.

      Could have just been a wrong number, you never know.

      Only a few attempts so far to hack into the web site – but those happen every day, so probably just a coincidence.

          It’s in my brain, Susan 🙂

          My first line of defense is I completely block access from most of Europe and Asia. It’s American radio stations, after all. Most of the hacking attempts are automated and originate in China or Eastern Europe. A lot of them are targeting Windoze web servers, of which this is not one.

      It’s really quiet out there. Too quiet. I made things a little less obtuse just now.

      People should expect at some point the door in here will close, and people who don’t have an account may become excluded.

        I added my email address to the Atlas Shrugged page. Only two emails. One from someone “too busy” to run through my maze, the other might be arriving shortly.

          i clicked here to respond because there wasn’t a “reply” to the above offer you extended to me….

          sooooooo….that’s sweet….i was just kind of feeling bad that i was “making a mess” of your threads with my various questions and comments today 🙂

          i also just placed a thought i had on the “cheeze” thread about keeping some instructions-type thread locked-in on the top of your page…available as a ready reference… (please see that extended comment)

          so sure…that would be an option….and that’s totally cool with you deciding whether or not you want the thread posted or not….because i might find some wacky news items you had no interest in….and i would want you to control the direction/tone of your own blog….

          also a consideration…..time issues for me…..i’ve played here maybe waaaaaaaayyy too much today….. 🙂

          but the option to create a thread (subject to your approval of the topic/content, of course) might be a fun thing……….
