The “what’s on now” page has had a random factoid for a long time. Cc offered the idea that random tips could help people see non obvious things. While many of the existing factoids are political, the database and mechanism should work for this purpose.
The tip now appears under the login area
The quotes that pop up are fictional characters from Atlas Shrugged, but sound plausible 😉
