David Horowitz has a new book out that sounds really good
I and a friend are going to read the book together seperately. Maybe we could all read the book a chapter a day. I sure wish I had a social director to handle this. Anyone else want to read this book with us?
David Horowitz used to be a major leftist who switched teams. For a couple decades, he has been compiling all the links between the far left organizations and people. If he is deeply involved with Trump, or Trump people listen to him, we are going to make HUUUUUGE progress with ridding ourselves of the progressive death grip on the throat of our country.
In any case, I signed up for the free Amazon Trial Prime. Let the free shipping begin!
Larry Elder had a guest (Medved?) on his show the other night talking about how the ‘left’ was livid with Horowitz’s book. They both wondered aloud how quickly Amazon reviews would go negative. I burst out laughing and my wife asked “what’s so funny?”
I basically said: they can’t throw him under the bus because he jumped off years ago.
Sure enough there are already a few 1-star ratings with no facts or basis whatsoever.
Amazon Prime is a good deal –especially with the streaming content– but you have to watch pricing. Often enough, an item will cost less by going to Walmart, eBay, etc.
My Kodak printer ink cartridges showed up on time, and my phone got a text message that the package was at the door, and it was.
You are correct that some of their prices from third parties are out of line. Walmart.com is starting to do the same thing – intertwining third party sellers who are probably just doing drop shipping. I don’t trust Walmart pickup very far even if they are the supplier.
‘Add on’ items can be a good bargain. Just keep those in a wish list until you have an item/order which meets the minimum amount.
The ink works. It clearly is “cheap” ink but that’s all I need. The Kodak printer will not print in black and white if the color ink dries up. Since about the only thing I print is a copy of my tax returns, it alwas dries up.
The book is on cheap paper stock, and using a publisher name controlled by News Max
Anyone else planning to read it?
