The name of the reporter is Herve Bar, who is a reporter for AFP stationed in Libya. However, I am unable to locate the story anywhere on AFP.
Your assignment, if you choose to accept it Mr Phelps, is to discover if this was a real story that was posted on AFP and withdrawn (maybe for political reasons), or if it is a fabrication with faked Byline that is planted disinformation.
