Greece tunnels under the ECB, empties vault

Greece quietly has started taking money from the Emergency Fund to deal with liquidity problems in Greek banks.

So if I was a person living on Cyprus and I’m not a Turkish Muslim, I’m getting a bit nervous right about now.
