  1. Piquerist says:

I normally rise to defend Glenn Beck, but this latest insanity lays all that to waste. Beck, you really are a DUMBASS!

  2. TheChairman says:

Savage has changed his tune a bit, after the most recent debate on Saturday.

He likes Ron Paul… as the V.P. candidate.

On that note, I’d like to point out that the U.S. Constitution makes NO mention of VP ‘running mates’ or political parties. The Vice President is supposed to be the candidate who receives the second most number of votes (i.e. the runner-up) in the election. You’ll never hear anyone in the MSM or the political establishment talk about that issue…

    • Art Stone says:

      Psssst: See 12 Amendment

It is true that the Constitution doesn’t mention political parties, but when your state chooses their electors (by us voting) , the same elector votes for President and Vice President. It’s highly improbable electors chosen by the political party would cast votes for a candidate of another party

The Democrats are still pushing the plan of effectively ending the Electoral Congress without changing the Constitution by getting states to agree to cast their votes for the candidate who gets most votes nationally even if their state voted to elect someone else. This would be a huge incentive for massive voter fraud (more than there is already)

      • TheChairman says:

Yep, I’m aware of how the election process operates.

My point is, the notion of political parties and running mates has been synthesized, but that was not the original intent… the goal was to maintain a balance and negate party monopolization.

The average voter and MSM reporters have no clue about it because they’re conditioned to accept “that’s how it’s done” .

When a judge ruled that The People “did not have standing to challenge Obama’s birth certificate” (i.e. Berg lawsuit at ObamaCrimes.com), the judge was tacitly implying that the stateelectors were the proper party to challenge Obama’s qualifications. If anything, state electors should be sued for misfeasance or non-feasance (and perhaps even malfeasance in light of their particularly narrow duties).

  3. CharlieJ says:

Do a quick search…you’ll find there is no shortage of left-leaning commentators / activists / others who will claim:

“there is no evidence of even a small amount of voter fraud anywhere in the United States” – Juan Williams

If Juan says it…it’s got to be true.

    • TheChairman says:

Visit http://www.BlackBoxVoting.ORG and peruse the eBook of the same name… the ebook (html) is on the right hand side, about one screen-page down.

They decided to do their own investigation into electronic voting because the media is either ignorant or refuses to investigate the issue with any depth.

The author did a good job with the book and exposing the dubious dealings by officials, Diebold, CS&S, BRC, etc. Conflict of interest appears to be rampant.

Although she’s admittedly not a techie, there is a lot of good material on how the machines/process can be rigged, compromised, or hacked.

When Obama says “it doesn’t matter who the RNC candidate is”, he’s actually telling the truth for a change… the fix is in. Surf over to the eBook above.

We need to get back to voting at the polls with paper ballots, ID, and human (i.e. mutual party) oversight at each precinct. Yes, results will take a few days longer, but the citizens need to get back into the process and get the MSM out of the ‘projected winner’ biz (often before polls have closed).

      • Art Stone says:

BlackBoxVoting is where the folks who invented the whole “voting maching hacking” issue… the one that got everyone upset in Ohio for stealing the election by using Viebold machines…. when the machines were not used in the election.

  4. Silverfiddle says:

Doc Savage has it right, as usual. Newt is Barack Obama with intelligence.

  5. Levin said he would vote for Bachmann or Santorum over Gingrich, Gingrich over Romney, and a can of orange juice over Obama.

  6. ct7aja2 says:

Jerry Doyle strongly dislikes Newt. Said he is a shapeshifter, along with Mitt Romney. Wonders why Ron Paul is being ignored by everyone including FOX. Says it’s pretty obvious when Jon Stewart jokes about it. He thinks Mitt has been chosen by the republican establishment and is being forced on us.

  7. CharlieJ says:

I have relatives in Ohio who don’t want to wait in lines on election day so always vote “absentee” ballots weeks in advance. I am pretty sure one of them fills in both ballots.

    • Art Stone says:

Back about 15 years ago, I got my eyes opened. The manager of our condo complex (in Michigan) was a retired city employee. One of the most important functions of the city employees was going to the nursing home and getting the “ballots” cast by the people who probably who answer “FDR” if you asked them who is the President today. On election day, she also had the job of opening the absentee ballots which she happened to be doing when when I walked in to vote. She had a very large stack and the town was not that big (about 8,000 people).

Lest you draw the wrong conclusion, the City was run by Republicans (at the time – I see the Mayor is now a Democrat)
