Donald Trump, hero of Michael Savage unknowingly broke Michael Savage’s rule. He was on the show tonight, and after being introduced, began by saying “Michael Savage, how are you?”
Blam!
You don’t do that to Michael Savage. When a caller begins by asking Savage “How are you?”, Savage always erupts in anger and that generally side tracks the show for the rest of the evening.
Savage didn’t respond and his voice was agitated, but he kept his cool and went ahead with the interview.
Savage is not the only radio host who will waste 15 minutes rambling about nothing, then erupts when a caller “wastes time” by saying “How are you?”, “First time caller!” or “Can you hear me?”.
Radio people need to get over themselves. Seriously.
