It was written shortly after the 2008 election asking for a quess as to what % of radio stations would be non-commercial or Spanish language by the end of 2010 (last year)…
As 2011 is winding to a close, the actual number is now 27%.
Let’s just say that people 2 years ago were a bit pessimistic.
