If you listen to radio a lot, you’ve certainly heard their ads – trying to get you to pay them a fee (in advance) to pick up the phone and call the IRS and make all your IRS problems go away.
Apparently, they haven’t paid the rent on their offices since January – the Texas Attorney General has been pursuing a legal case against the firm, and the Better Business Bureau rates them an “F” due to a high number of complaints that they took money and didn’t deliver on their promises.
