Here you go – all the dots connected

I’m busy doing research about the forces behind “Progressive Talk” radio and just found the mother lode.

This is a press release from Clear Channel announcing its search for the Next Great Progressive Talk show host.

The Center For America Progress Action Fund is listed as sponsoring this search.  If you listen to Glenn Beck at all, you know exactly who and what this group is.

Amy Bolton from Jones Radio Network is also listed.   She appears to be the common thread  connecting the shows now all syndicated by Dial Global.

Kim Ketchel is with Jones International University, the part of the Jones that was not sold to Triton Media.   It offers MBA degrees with coursework done over the Internet.

braincomm.com is a PR firm

Paul Woodhull is the guy who arranged for Big Eddie to get syndicated in 2004.

If you read the details, you’ll see there is a direct link between Paul Woodhull and John McCain.

Washington Times also credits Mr Woodhull for putting together the Bill Press show.

Bill Press finishes connecting all the dots in his “Thanks” in the acknowledgements of his book “Toxic Talk”…

The more dots you connect, the more you find…

Micheal Barnes and his wife are listed by Bill as financial backers of his show.  Mr Barnes leads the Center for National Policy and President of the Brady Gun Grabbers.   He’s also Lead Director of the company that provides natural gas to the Washingon DC area and former chairman of the Maryland Democratic Party.   The CNP was previously lead by Leon Panetta, now Secretary of DoD.

Progressive roots run very deep.

Thanks for unraveling this mess. Progressiveness running deep is an understatement, it’s more like incestuous.
