John Derbyshire has landed. After being dumped by National Review, he has a new sponsor and is back on iTunes. The web site he is featured on now doesn’t appear to be pansy asses. My suspicion is National Review didn’t let him go because of his “insensitive” remarks but rather pressure from the backers of Mitt Romney.

John indicates he is doing the show from Greece. That seems plausible – it wasn’t clear if that was factual or a narrative he wove into the story for effect. His new benefactor is in fact from Greece and does own a large yacht.
