The two 23 year old graduate students from China (one man and one woman) were “sitting” in their BMW at 1 AM a mile away from the USC campus in an area known for gang activity and were shot and killed. Their lawyer is suing the University because in China “Urban” means “safe”, and they were Tricked! into attending a school in an unsafe neighborhood.
Fox News identifies the two suspects in the case only as “Javier Bolden, 19, and Bryan Barnes, 20”, with no pictures and no description – which of course can mean only one thing.

The person in the picture is a neighbor, not the one arrested – I’m sure the fact he is all dressed in Red and is hiding his face has nothing to do the the Bloods street gang that Trayvon Martin wanted to be part of.

See, here – right here is a leading example of why we NEED roving TSA checkpoints. They would have been feeling-up the coeds (under threat of imprisonment) and been there to have stopped their partners in crime.
I wonder – do students from Communist China get “In State” tuition and Pell grants, or only if they are in the country illegally?
Maybe somebody should tell the lawyer that Median here is the same as Safe Zone in another state. And don’t grad student’s check out the area first or ask question’s before diving a BMW somewhere in L.A. ?
From other accounts, the guy was doubled parked while she went into the house where she was staying and changed clothes.

Hpaws is right, TSA would go after ‘Coed’s cause they don’t shoot back. TSA , state police, FBI , Batf, they are all afraid of gangs and gang activity. They deny that it occurs here in VA. But make no mistake, they are here.
Round them up, place on C130, and set them off in Tajikastan. Contract with them or some other entrepreneurial ‘stan’ to house & keep in prison,,, or not.
As much in taxes we pay and there are places in the lower 48 we are not safe, that’s just wrong.
