The halls of the FCC are empty. The LPFM application window was supposed to open on the 15th.
The FCC was already backlogged trying to wade through many thousands of FM Translator applications from 2003, which has to be cleaned up first, as FM Translators and LPFM are fighting over the same group of currently unused FM frequencies.
