Sarah Palin: Mr. Obama, tear down this wall!

Well, quite the day in Washington. After reading about the people storming the monuments to reopen them, I had to read the Guardian to find out Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz were leading the charge. The Park Service apparently has funding to round up 10 crowd control horses to keep people from using our property.

Meanwhile the Republican establishment sits on their hands. 2016 could be a very important year.

Election day in NJ on Wednesday Nov 16. …. to fill the seat vacated by the death of Sen Frank Lautenberg.

Christie has been on the sidelines with only obligatory endorsement of Republican Lonegan, a tea party guy endorsed by Rand Paul and Cristie’s Republican opponent when he ran for Governor in 2009.

I never thought I would see the day when the ultra-leftist Guardian would become a (generally) better source of news than any U.S. outlets. But that day has indeed arrived.

I have cable but can’t stand to watch any of the so called “news” channels. Even Faux News is pathetic.

Is it any wonder that so many of Drudge’s ‘big stories’ are actually links from the Guardian and the London Telegraph?

Journalism is, at best, on life support, but I think rigor mortis has begun to set in.

Ditto on the Guardian… not only was it ultra-lefist, but it was focused on news outside the USA.

RT.com has a good USA news section. It is loosely tied to Putin so it presents a different mix of stories than the media trying to get the favorable treatment from Washington.
