Sirius/XM sometimes does wonderful promos for its shows and channels. One of the best is Art Bell saying is now on “extraterrestrial radio”. lol
Their all time best was on the XM side in 2005. They had bought the rights to the old Wolfman Jack shows, including promos, to air on their 60’s channel starting on Halloween night for a special extra creepy Halloween. The promos for the upcoming Halloween show were by Wolfman Jack himself…. and he said he was coming back from the dead to do the show. Wow!!! If the show got fried (as in French fries) then perhaps there is something to the idea of ghosts, or whatever.
It’s still on regular radio, but possibly not for long.
Clyde says he had cancer surgery in June. The Youtube video of his return shows a really beat up man. I had no real notion of what he looked like. He seems to be as odd as his show.
