Hennen’s contract is up at the end of the month and wasn’t renewed. He made the mistake of mentioning that on the air, which got him immediately yanked. It’s a pretty common ploy for an owner to tell a host to wait until their final day, and then keep them off the air on the final day, in the hope that the audience will not notice or care why their host is gone.
