Mr Angilau was a member of the Tongan Crips, a black gang terrorizing Salt Lake City. He rushed toward the witness stand, and the US Marshall fired his gun 8 times. Given that part of his reason for being in court was the 2007 shooting of two US Marshals, it didn’t take a lot of incentive to open fire on him.

Information on the 2007 shootings is sketchy – one source says the US Marshals were killed, but there are no names on the US Marshal Hall of Fame. The charges don’t seem to be that the punk shot the Marshals, just that his gang did. The other gang got Justice today.
One important thing for gangs – life is not precious. Being a “made” man is. All civilization means nothing to these gangs, the law of the jungle is all there is for them. Shot dead? One of the risks of being in court, he tried to even his score and paid the price. No worries. There is another one waiting to take his place.

Actually, they are not African at all. They are Pacific Islanders: Indonesia, Polynesia, Tonga, Samoa, etc… which might explain why they were able to proliferate in SLC.
‘Shot dead’ is one of those annoying phrases typical of the MSM anti-gun agenda… i.e. journalists don’t report someone as being ‘shot live’ if the person survives a shooting.
Firing eight shots inside a court room sounds more like a vendetta… or lax protocol.

It is indeed. Faux News likes to use the phrase “homicide bombing” for when their foes do it, and “drone strike” when Obama kills families at weddings.
While they recruited the Pacific Island immigrants, the leadership of the gang are Crips from Los Angeles. It’s an interesting video. I don’t for a second think the “ex” gang members are doing anything but still playing the Mormons for chumps. My reaction after watching the video is I have no problem if Mormons want to exclude people from leadership positions in their religion based on their ethnic identity.
