In response to pressure from John about what would happen if Trump convinces Xi to act against North Korea, professor Waldron offers up the belief that North Korea has the ability to nuke Beijing and would do so.

I say – piffle. Kim Jong Un would nuke Beijing and the Party Apparatus would then turn his city into a glass desert. Un is a madman, but I suspect he isn’t that far gone.
