Kansas seems like a representative state to ask what Michelle Obama’s school menus are forcing on children in flyover country.
Fresh broccoli seems to be very popular. The only “fries” I found were baked Sweet Potato “Fries”. Lots of Spinach Salad and peas.
The USDA wants parents to use the same type of menus for dinner. For now, parents won’t be required to submit their dinner menus for approval.
We could eliminate all this nanny state nonsense by not giving the state nanny power at all. Gee, imagine that? Send your fat kid to school with a brown bag and milk money. Mercy me, I don’t know how I ever survived eating baloney and cheese.
I bought some Or-Ida crinkle cut French fries to snack on during the debate : )

I’ll reset it after the debate happens, but it amusing to see how many people answer it. A pretty clear pattern is people answer the question more if there is a picture of President Obama, even if the question has nothing to do with him.
