The name of the man who tried to blow up the New York branch of the Federal Reserve Bank.

There was no immediate report on his religion or ethnic heritage.

    Forbes indicates he is Bangladeshi, but other sources say he’s Middle Eastern.

    That’s not as contradictory as it might sound. Saudi Arabia “employs” millions of Pakistanis and Bangladeshis in what is essentially slavery.

    “Nafis moved to Missouri, where he studied cybersecurity at Southeast Missouri State University. He also became vice president of the school’s Muslim Student Association and began attending a mosque.

    “a law enforcement official said…Nafis spoke of his admiration for Osama bin Laden, talked of writing an article about his plot for an al-Qaida-affiliated magazine, and said he would be willing to be a martyr but preferred to go home to his family after carrying out the attack, authorities said. And he also talked about wanting to kill President Barack Obama and bomb the New York Stock Exchange.”

    Then read this, “I can’t imagine being more shocked about somebody doing something like this,” said Jim Dow, a 54-year-old Army veteran who rode home from class with Nafis twice a week. “I didn’t just meet this kid a couple of times. We talked quite a bit, sir. And this doesn’t seem to be in character.”

    From other news reports it appears Nafis’ father, Quazi Mohammad Ahsanullah, is a vice president of National Bank, Bangladesh’s largest private sector bank.

    Overall, I have some doubts about the circumstances surrounding Nafis’ involvement in a bombing plot, and questions linger in my mind. There are plenty of comments from readers who suspect this is a case of entrapment, a defense that rarely succeeds in a court of law.

    My following comments reflect my cynicism of the ‘template’ we are being led to believe, which is that all Muslims intend to do harm to America and its citizens, and there is plenty of evidence to back up that ‘template’. One only needs to peruse youtube videos showing angry Muslims shouting nasty, inflammatory, and violent intentions against America.

    But, on the other hand how many stories have we read of foiled bombing plots perpetrated by, you guessed it, a vengeful Muslim? The common thread in all these stories of foiled bombing plots is the incompetence of the ‘vengeful Muslim’. Whoa!!! just how lucky can America be to have our brave ‘undercover’ operatives discover all these dastardly bombing plots and foil them before any harm is done?

    Taking into account all the crazy, insane swirl of occultation around us these days please consider GWBush’s inauguration speech on SATURNday, January 20, 2001, 284 days prior to 911 and provides a clue to “The Plan” when he spoke these words,
    “After the Declaration of Independence was signed, Virginia statesman John Page wrote to Thomas Jefferson: “We know the Race is not to the swift nor the Battle to the Strong. Do you not think an Angel rides in the Whirlwind and directs this Storm?” Much time has passed since Jefferson arrived for his inaugural. The years and changes accumulate.     Can anyone identify the ‘angel’ riding in the whirlwind, directing the “storm”, and what do we know about Virginia statesman John Page?

      A question that crossed my mind – did the NYPD know this was going on? Was he able to get the vehicle full of simulated explosives in place without detection?

      Or reversing the question (ala Alex Jones) – if the NYPD was in the loop, was everyone sure that the explosives weren’t real?

    Based on several articles I read only the FBI was involved and the NYPD is kept in the dark. The ‘fake’ explosives are maintained by the FBI in a warehouse (whereabouts kept secret). Apparently they allow the ‘subject’ to drive to the warehouse, inspect the explosives and rigging of the ‘bomb’, the ‘subject’ loads it into their vehicle, parks near the target then moves to a safe location and makes the call from a cell phone in order to detonate the ‘bomb’, which of course does not detonate. The FBI makes the arrest only after the ‘subject’ makes the phone call.

    Apparently the FBI has perfected the ‘routine’ and really know their stuff. There could be up-wards of 15,000 undercover, independant, free-lancers out-and-about (Mother Earth estimate) trolling the social networks, small colleges and other places sniffing out likely ‘subjects’. The FBI’s MO appears to be; establish a trusting relationship, let it be known they know a source who can supply the explosives for a fee, prod the ‘subject’ into picking the target, and the rest is explained above.

    Our tax dollars ‘at-work’ and so far, no incompetent bombers have been successful.
