WTDY-AM 1670 goes under

Happy Holidays! There is a pink slip in your stuffing!

WTDY-AN in Madison Wisconsin pulled the plug on its news/talk format today. “Holiday Music” for now – it’s a pretty safe bet after that Christmas thing, sports will begin to flow.

If you’re a radio junkie, you’ll notice this is an extended AM band station ( > 1620). If this is new to you, next time you are in your car, turn in the AM radio and manually tune the radio from 1630 to 1700 and listen to all those secret stations you didn’t know are there!
