Welcome to Obama’s 2013

Now that we know Barack Obama is going to rule America for four more years and taxes are probably going up, people are pulling the trigger on the corporate changes that have to be done now.

Clear Channel had massive layoffs today. Greek was downgraded to “Selective default” today. There are rumors that CBS radio wants to dump its smaller market stations (maybe to Cumulus)

The roller coaster has left the station. Please keep your hands inside and do not stand up. Sit back and enjoy the ride. And Happy Holidays!

Yeah, tax rates are going up and tax revenue is going down.

What do you make of Australian PM Julia Gillard’s confirmation RE: the end of the world as we know it? There is a video of her statements made on Dec 7th. Surely this is just deadpan, dark humor. Do a search for Julia Gillard confirms the end of the world.

For Thomas Razzeto’s analysis of the Mayan calendar and why the Maya picked 12-21-2012 go to his site a 2012essays.com because it is a story that is rarely talked about and makes a lot more sense than all The End Of The World As We Know It (TEOTHWAWKI).

Most are “behind the scenes fluff” – ensemble members, imaging consultants, producers, program directors. All pretty logical – but it hasn’t stopped the Obamanation from accusing Romney/Bain Capital of being a child with a temper tantrum. Look for the president to blame his next four years of failures on Mitt Romney

Does that mean that after 12/21/2012 the only one’s left on earth will be Obama and his minion’s like Jamie Foxx ? I guess its time for me to go out and max out all my credit cards, and have a good laugh at the USPS for delivering invoices to a residence that don’t exist.

Think about this for a moment: on the avertage, government jobs pay better than private sector jobs which are split about 50/50. Although workers in the public sector do pay taxes, they are mostly (except for construction/repair/& the TVA) supported by revenue from the private sector.
Half of the private sector workers don’t pay income taxes and pay very little real estate taxes (most rent) or retail sales taxes (because they have little to spend). Included in the lower income half of all those who work are almost 30% of all households on food stamps. Those who don”t work are either blessed with unimployment or some disabilityy benifit or other, all paid for by taxes. If they become sick, medicade, old, medicare, young, public school breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
So I figure that about 20% are supporting the rest of us. Aside from the tax burden which is at least honest robbery, there is the thievery of inflation.
If any money is being saved or leant it is being diluted by the feds who borrow 40% of every dollar they spend (which amounts to 25% of the economy) or about 10% a year. (Therefor assets not earning at least 10% per year after taxes lose real value)
I have been watching with interest the ploitics of late, and listening to our Leaders debate reminds me of Mark Twain’s story “Canniblism In The Cars”.

Yeah, Taking my cash at gunpoint, thanks IRS ! For such wasteful crap, like Vann Jones autographed EBT cards.(Limited Edition)
I guess when you can’t gen anymore blood out of this turnip, or Bain Capital shuts us down, since my company was recently acquired, I think my Christmas present to myself this year will come in handy to protect my wife, cat and niece.
(new Colt LE901-16S Modular Carbine in .308 Win (7.62 NATO), and I think my niece is going to get me a new Bible. I plan to cling to it.
    (and Army Rangers handbook)

If Obo makes Russia mad in Syria all bets off, I will be filling sandbags. Bain capital will be the least of my worries.
Thanks Obo, you are doing a good job at running America into the ground. He’s the
    Manchurian candidate.

I put some Christmas lights up over the past weekend.
