That is Nick from the Nick and Artie show, which is a male talk show – mostly sports and topics like scratching your balls in public. Artie Lange is going to try keeping the show alive – if you’re a Howard Stern long term listener, you may remember Artie from there.
The late night show never really caught on fire – it was self syndicated and was on a total of 4 stations that streamed. Damn that Rush Limbaugh!
There was a lot of hype and promise for the show. DirectTV (I believe) built a nice studio for the show and it streams on XM as well. The only problem with the show is that it’s just not very interesting, even for a sports show. I’d hope that Artie could keep it going by himself, but he’s always proven to be his own worst enemy in these things.
I hope Artie can handle the pressure and deliver and not try to off himself again.
