Giving people Medicaid increases their emergency room use
What a shock! http://reason.com/blog/2014/01/02/no-obamacare-wont-reduce-emergency-room People on Medicaid are 40% more likely to show up at the emergency room than people who are uninsured. It’s an entitlement, after all.
